Sydney: Good Food Guide Awards 2026
New South Wales has become one of the most exciting places to eat anywhere
The Sydney Morning Herald's recent Good Food Guide Awards for 2026 was such a memorable evening - celebrating the very best of New South Wales' incredible restaurant scene with those that make these unforgettable dining experiences happen.
Events like this shine a spotlight on the hard work and creativity in the industry, and we are proud to curate the music collections for many of the restaurants that were honoured - notably Quay who picked up the coveted three ‘hats’ and sister restaurant Bennelong, which picked up two - as well as fellow winners Raes Dining Room, Margaret, Gran Torino, Da Orazio, The Gidley, The Charles, Lottie and Loulou Bistro. Shout out in particular to The Dry Dock, who picked up the Pub of the Year gong as well as a hat. Well deserved!
Congratulations to all the winners on the night, and to all the kitchen and service staff who tirelessly strive to make NSW's restaurant landscape so special.
