Tucked inside brand-new The EVE Hotel in Sydney’s Surry Hills, Lottie isn’t your typical hotel restaurant - it’s a sun-drenched celebration of modern Mexican flavour, bold design, and joyful hospitality. Part of the acclaimed Liquid & Larder group (behind much-loved venues like Bistecca and The Gidley), Lottie brings something fresh to the scene.

With interiors that feel like a retro beach hideout somewhere between Tulum and Palm Springs - all citrus tones, natural textures, and playful curves - the vibe is laidback but stylish, the kind of place where one margarita becomes three.

The food follows suit: vibrant, punchy, and full of coastal soul. Think tostadas, flame-grilled meats and zingy ceviches, best paired with mezcal cocktails or a chilled natural wine. Lottie isn’t trying to be traditional — it’s modern Mexican through an Aussie lens, full of fun and flavour.
