New Client: Tassis Group

We're currently rolling out our service to one of Brisbane's most lauded hospitality companies: Tassis Group

Tassis was founded by leading Brisbane restaurateur Michael Tassis in 2011 - and has launched some of our favourite venues in the Queensland capital. Here are three of our favourites.

Longwang

Longwang is a celebration of modern-Asian cuisine in the heart of the CBD. Dishes include tea smoked duck breast and double cooked duck leg with hoisin, plum and sriracha sauce and pancakes; miso glazed barramundi with cucumber and white miso; and live Queensland mud crab, wok-tossed with Singapore chilli sauce. Creative Asian-inspired cocktails are the drinks order of choice. They also have a menu of bar bites.

Stilts

Sitting pretty above the Kangaroo Point Bridge, Stilts is an elevated (in both senses of the word) dining room, with a menu featuring the very best Australian produce. Naturally there's an emphasis on steak and seafood - all locally-sourced; while expertly chosen wines make up the drinks list.

Yamas

Widely considered the best Greek restaurant in Brisbane, Yamas Greek + Drink is set on the edge of the vibrant West Village precinct and puts the spotlight on the flavours of Thessaloniki, but with a distinctly Aussie slant. It's all about sharing here - as you'd expect - with dishes like saganaki using kefalograviera cheese, fig sauce and honey; lamb ribs; and ocean trout kleftiko. The indoor-outdoor vibe is the perfect atmosphere for a Santorini Sour, comprising Ariane Vodka, Blue Curacao, Chambord, pineapple, lime, orange bitters, egg white.

Also in the Tassis stable are French restaurant Pompette; Greek bar and mezze diner Opa; award-winning Italian dining room Massimo; all-day dining destination Mulga Bill's; Fatcow, which specialises in prime cuts of meat; Fosh Portside, focusing on seafood; West End steak place Rich & Rare; and Dark Shepherd - which offers a mediterranean-inspired menu putting lamb on a pedestal.
