The Belongil

A project we're thrilled to be getting stuck into is The Belongil: set to be a disruptive, world-class multi-venue dining destination right in the heart of Byron Bay.

With acclaimed chef Shannon Bennett at the helm, The Belongil will comprise four restaurants putting immersive, emotive dining on a pedestal.

Feu will showcase fire-based cooking; Belongil Bistro will be a timeless dining room putting raw seafood in the spotlight; Blind Tiger will be an enigmatic, intimate and exclusive space; and Kiosk will be a more everyday offering for Byron Bay locals.

Aside from the excellent produce and cooking, spectacular art and design and enviable location, the beauty of this project lies in its contrasts - something Playlister are working on in close collaboration with The Belongil, to make the music offering as enveloping and transportive as all other touchpoints.
